These Terms of Service govern your use of Tessa Works, an AI-powered appointment scheduling assistant operated by V1 Ventures. By interacting with Tessa Works by phone or SMS, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Tessa Works is an automated scheduling assistant that helps you book, reschedule, or cancel service appointments with businesses that use our platform. Tessa Works is powered by artificial intelligence and operates via phone call and SMS.

Tessa Works is a scheduling tool only. It cannot provide pricing quotes, diagnose issues, dispatch emergency services, or perform any function outside of appointment scheduling.

SMS Messaging Terms

• Program description: You will receive SMS messages confirming your appointment booking and optional follow-up reminders.
• Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per appointment scheduled.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been removed.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at brian@skystart.org.
• Supported carriers: All major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes if the business you are contacting has enabled this feature. You will be notified by an automated announcement at the start of the call before any recording begins. By continuing the call after that announcement, you consent to recording.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tessa Works to submit false or fraudulent appointment requests.
• Attempt to circumvent, abuse, or interfere with the scheduling system.
• Use Tessa Works for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Tessa Works is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Appointment details should be confirmed with the business directly if there is any uncertainty. V1 Ventures is not responsible for missed appointments or scheduling errors caused by factors outside our control, including carrier delivery failures or caller-provided incorrect information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V1 Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tessa Works or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
